A large, modern 20-screen cinema located within a major West London shopping centre is hiring a Cinema Manager. This is a busy, high-footfall environment suited to someone experienced in large-scale hospitality or leisure operations.

Key responsibilities

• Leading operations across a multi-screen cinema
• Coaching teams to deliver consistently strong service and presentation
• Managing safety, compliance and day-to-day floor operations
• Supporting the General Manager within a sizeable leadership structure

What we’re looking for

• Leadership experience in hospitality, leisure or similar customer-facing environments
• Strong communication and team motivation skills
• Flexibility for early starts (7am), late finishes (up to 3am), and weekend working
• Ability to work five days over seven
• Work in a large, fast-paced entertainment venue
• Strong development and progression opportunities
• High visibility across a wider operational network
