Private Equity Associate (2+PQE) International Law Firm
We are working with a leading International law firm on an associate position within their Private Equity practice in London. The group advises a broad range of leading global financial sponsors and institutional investors across the full spectrum of large-cap transactions, including buyouts, carve-outs, take-privates, majority investments and exits, regularly handling complex, multi-jurisdictional mandates.
The team acts for an exceptional roster of blue‑chip PE clients and is particularly well regarded for its depth of experience across carve‑out acquisitions, co‑investments and management incentivisation arrangements.
This position is ideally suited to an individual with:
- 2-6 years PQE in private equity or corporate M&A
- Experience advising financial sponsors on buyouts, carve-outs, take-privates and/or co-investments
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Background at a leading City, international or US law firm
