We’re partnering with a global media business to hire a Finance Business Partner into a highly visible role supporting senior leadership across a key portfolio. The company has grown rapidly in recent years and continues to scale internationally, making this a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys combining financial rigour with commercial insight in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll work closely with Managing Partners and operational leads, helping drive profitability, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the business.

THE ROLE
- Partner with Managing Partners and client leads to drive financial performance
- Own month-end revenue reporting, forecasting, and gross margin analysis
- Deliver clear insight into client profitability, utilisation, and commercial performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Produce management accounts, commentary, and variance analysis
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to support leadership decision-making
- Monitor revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Support pricing discussions, new business opportunities, and client procurement activity
- Improve financial systems, controls, and reporting processes as the business scales
- Work closely with operations and portfolio teams to support profitability targets
- Assist with audits, reconciliations, and working capital management
YOUR PROFILE
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong commercial acumen with experience partnering senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working within a growing, fast-paced business environment
