About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Account Support Co‑ordinator to join our Account Management team. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume role where you’ll play a key part in managing quotes and work orders, supporting contract delivery, and building strong relationships with both clients and suppliers.
You’ll work closely with the Account Manager to ensure service delivery meets agreed KPIs, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday – Office Based

What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing and managing high volumes of quotes and estimates, ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals
- Working with branch managers and client representatives to validate site‑specific requirements
- Acting as a key point of contact for client escalations, ensuring SLAs are met
- Monitoring and managing outstanding work orders, driving issues through to resolution
- Supporting the communication between clients and suppliers
- Analyzing data and identifying trends in quotes, rejections, and spend
- Assisting with monthly reporting, including breakdowns of spend and performance
- Supporting the wider team with system, data, and process updates during peak periods
- Building strong, collaborative relationships across internal teams, clients, and suppliers

- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good analytical and problem‑solving ability
- Strong numeracy skills
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
