The business is an evolving highly specialized lender that offers quick, economical bridging financing.

Job Requirements

• Outstanding with numbers.
• At least 4 years of expertise in the bridging/property finance business is essential.
• Experience managing and prioritising a high-volume workload.
• Capability to establish positive relationships with important stakeholders and third parties.
• Detail-oriented.
• Outstanding written and vocal English.
• The ability to communicate in Chinese would be advantageous but not required.
• Problem solver with a positive mindset.
• Excellent team player.
• Prior bridging and underwriting experience is required.
• Excel proficiency is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
