We are currently partnered with a top-tier international law firm seeking an associate to join its highly regarded team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes competition litigation, including collective actions, cartel damages claims, and regulatory investigations, for a global client base.
You will be part of a market-leading team recognized for its expertise in this field, acting for both claimants and defendants in high-profile cases. The work spans follow-on damages actions, abuse of dominance claims, and regulatory challenges before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal and other courts.
Ideal Candidate
- 2-6 PQE in competition litigation, gained at a top firm.
- Experience in private enforcement, regulatory investigations, or merger challenges.
- Strong academic background and exceptional drafting/analytical skills.
