Project & Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee planning, governance and delivery of network projects.
  • Support key initiatives including Zero Trust pilots, asset management, refresh cycles and architectural transitions.

What You Bring

  • A results‑driven leader with courage, resilience and a strategic mindset.
  • A moderniser who challenges the status quo and drives innovation.
  • A great collaborator with excellent decision‑making and communication skills.
  • Customer‑focused, motivated and able to coach and develop others.

Functional Expertise

  • Experience across multiple vendors and software products.
  • A developed project management and vendor management capability.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Skilled in communicating complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Professional certifications (ITIL, Cisco, Azure, CompTIA+) are highly desirable.
  • Fluent English; a second European language is a plus.

Experience & Education

  • Degree or diploma in IT, business or a related field.
  • Significant hands‑on technical experience in network operations.
  • Significant leadership experience within network or infrastructure teams.
  • Experience in construction materials or industrial manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a federated, matrixed organisation.
