What does the role entail?

  • Drive forward new business activities, build relationships with potential clients, produce tender submissions and lead pitches. Use an existing relationship network with independent trustees and other key stakeholders to develop new opportunities.
  • Lead client relationships with a wide range of clients in terms of size and complexity, offering expert guidance on supporting clients complex strategic challenges.
  • Proposition development: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape service delivery models to support the continued success of the OS business. Be willing to raise new ideas internally and challenge thinking to ensure our work is robust and joined‑up across multiple specialist teams.
  • People: Support the development of our team members through coaching and mentoring, across our nationwide team, including performance management responsibilities.

What we’re looking for

  • A track record of winning and leading clients engaging in operational, data and benefit rectification projects.
  • A creative mindset with the appetite to drive forward innovative thinking on product and strategic development.
  • Proven network of relationships with independent trustees and pension schemes.
  • Business development experience and a commercial mindset with evidenced experience of growing client revenue.
  • Extensive leadership skills – leading or being part of a leadership team for a group of people covering their learning & development and building a supportive and inclusive culture.
  • The ability and willingness to take on a high level of responsibility and work effectively in a team.

Isio Group is an equal opportunities employer, and we welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates.
