The Role

• Managing your own private client caseload
• Advising clients on Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Providing clear, practical, and tailored legal advice
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client work
• Sound technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and LPAs
• Strong client care, communication, and organisational skills
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive and professional approach to case management
