• Private Client Solicitor
• 3 days in our Oxfordshire / Cotswolds office (flexible working from home)
• Negotiable salary
• Extensive benefits including company profit share
• Full‑time, permanent – 35 hours per week

Your Role

The position mainly involves:

• Best‑in‑class inheritance and lifetime planning advice
• Drafting complex wills and trusts
• Creation and administration of trusts
• Estate planning and Court of Protection work
• Providing outstanding client assistance and advisory servicesSupporting and training colleagues
• Excellent communication – a true people person

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 3‑5 years PQE
• Ability to deliver high‑quality legal services with high client care
• Exceptionally organised and strong time‑management skills
• Warm, personable, and constantly seeking learning and development
• Strong IT skills and willingness to adopt new technologies
• Positive, optimistic, hardworking, with a can‑do attitude
• Team‑player, eager to help colleagues
• Professional appearance and behaviour, maintaining confidentiality
• Strong interest in new technologies; STEP qualification desirable (support provided)
