Responsibilities

The role will involve advising on a broad range of complex Real Estate matters, including:

• Asset management work across a varied property portfolio
• Sales, acquisitions and financings
• Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
• Advising clients to protect and progress their commercial interests
• Development transactions, ranging from industrial brownfield site acquisitions through to large‑scale town centre regeneration projects
