We’re looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our cleaning services. You will lead and motivate a team, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, and support training and development initiatives.
Longleat Forest | £14.58 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee housekeeping operations for public and communal areas across the village.
- Lead, train and develop team members to maintain high standards of service.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently achieved.
- Monitor and meet departmental targets for efficiency and quality.

Your working hours
- Full‑time contract, with shifts falling between 5 am and midnight.
- Contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period; may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
- This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
