Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, dismissals and redundancy, TUPE and restructuring, Employment Tribunal litigation, drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Participate in the development of the department and contribute to marketing and networking efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years PQE as an Employment Solicitor.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supervising junior team members.
