Responsibilities
- Lead the design – provide process design leadership across diverse, multi‑client projects, challenging conventional thinking and driving sustainable outcomes.
- Grow your expertise – utilise your experience across the full design life cycle: process modelling, mass balances, P&ID, control philosophies, and troubleshooting.
- Shape the future – actively contribute to our teams’ digital delivery strategy, leveraging technology to provide superior client solutions.
- Mentor and inspire – step into a mentorship role, guiding the next generation of Process Engineers.
About You
You are proven in the Water sector, delivering process engineering design with a specific focus on Clean Water or Wastewater treatment. You are likely a Chartered Engineer with a relevant institution (or actively working towards this professional status). You thrive on collaborating with clients and stakeholders to translate their needs into innovative and efficient process solutions. You are a digital advocate, keen to contribute to digital delivery strategies and apply new technological approaches to project outcomes.
