Engineering Team Leader – Electrical bias preferred

Northampton – State of the art facility – £58,000 – Day shift to start, potentially moving to double days, and continentals in 2027.

We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor / Engineering Team Leader with a strong background in the FMCG / logistics sector, seeking an exciting new role with a rapidly expanding, market leading FMCG company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Maintenance Engineers, planning and delegating workload.
• Write and maintain PPM/CMMS with a focus on improving reliability and site‑wide improvements.
• Manage team performance to achieve a happy, efficient, and effective group.
• Lead project work involving ongoing improvements throughout the facility.
• Drive Lean, CI/RCA initiatives and long‑term fixes.

Qualifications

• Proven background as an Engineering Supervisor / Team Leader / Senior Engineer in Food/FMCG or manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplined engineering teams.
• Strong background in FMCG / logistics sector.
• Open to continuing as a Maintenance Manager but seeking a new challenge.
