Salary: £130k plus uncapped commission, double OTE + Benefits

Overview

A rapidly growing global payments business seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to support the next phase of international growth across enterprise payments and strategic partnerships. This high‑impact role focuses on developing and securing new enterprise opportunities across complex payment solutions, working with large organisations, digital platforms, and international businesses.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new enterprise partnerships.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Drive go‑to‑market and growth strategies across enterprise payment solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance and Engineering teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Manage pipeline activity, forecast and track revenue growth.
• Support expansion into new verticals and emerging markets.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise sales or business development experience within payments, fintech or banking.
• Proven track record of winning and growing large strategic accounts.
• Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Consultative and strategic sales approach.
