You would get to use your experience in managing all aspects of planning and warehousing for another food company, with a Production Planning Manager, Materials Planning Manager, and Despatch Manager reporting into you. This wouldn’t be a challenge, as you have done this before, but you would be challenged in developing the capabilities of your cross‑functional team and the departments as a whole.
Collaborating with others, outside of your department; you would focus on the forecasts with the site Commercial team, and the retailers’ Buyers.
