New Product Manager – Plumbing and Heating Products
• In conjunctions with the MF BUD, develop and deliver product strategies that drive profitablegrowth within the Plumbing & Heating category.• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and commercialopportunities.• Agree pricing structures with the commercial team and manage product pricing strategies inline with market conditions and business objectives.• Analyse sales and performance data to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making.• Lead product launches, ensuring effective collaboration across sales, marketing, and supplychain teams in the UK and Poland.• Collaborate with the central planning and develop, maintain stock strategies to optimiseavailability, working capital, and demand.• Support the UK sales team with product insight, tools, and strategic guidance and training.• Build business cases and present commercial recommendations to senior leadership for eachcase of the New Product Introduction.• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution and thesuccess of the UK product strategy.
Product Development & Launch
• Lead Product launches, ensuring effective collaboration across sales, marketing and supplychain teams in the UK and Poland.• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of the UKProduct strategy.• Support the UK sales team with product insight, tools and training.
Stock control & Supply Chain Management
• Develop and maintain stock strategies in collaboration with central planning.• Provide instructions on intercompany stock transfers, product code changes and re-labelling,working closely with internal teams.
• Support and contribute to supplier negotiations, including verification processes with Polandfor all order processed.• Undertake regular travel, including supplier visits, including overseas both inhouse and atsupplier premises.
Technical, Quality & Compliance
• Provide technical support and act as a liaison for product related queries.• Working in conjunction with Group quality to manage customer complaints relating to productfailure, quality issues and procedures.
Work with Group technical to investigate product failures and compliances issues
Knowledge, skills and abilities
• Experience within the plumbing and heating products industry• Strong commercial and analytical mindset• Hands-on, collaborative team player with a strategic approach• Demonstrated experience in stock control, supplier management and product life cyclemanagement.• Strong supplier negotiation awareness and commercial acumen.• Advanced excel skills
