The role
As International Expansion Manager, you will turn growth plans into operational reality. You will help launch new powered‑by‑infinitSpace locations, build trusted landlord‑partner relationships, support local teams and drive commercial performance from opening onwards. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role that blends expansion, operations, sales, partner management and community building. You will work closely with the Executive Team, Sales, Community, Operations, Finance and Marketing to make each new location successful for our partners and members.
Key Responsibilities
Launch new locations
- Lead the launch and early‑stage growth of new powered‑by‑infinitSpace locations across international markets.
- Translate expansion plans into practical launch plans, working closely with internal teams, landlord partners and local stakeholders.
- Support the setup of new locations, including launch preparation, operational handover, localbprocesses, standards and ways of working.
- Make sure each new location is ready to operate smoothly, deliver a strong member experience and meet commercial expectations from opening onwards.
Drive commercial growth
- Drive commercial performance across your locations, with a focus on occupancy, revenue, margin and long‑term growth.
- Identify local market opportunities, partnerships, brokers and enterprise leads that can support occupancy, brand awareness and member growth.
- Support larger commercial opportunities, including member tours, negotiations, proposals and closing conversations.
- Work closely with Sales, Community, Marketing and the Executive Team to ensure opportunities are followed up quickly and professionally.
Build strong partner and member experiences
- Build strong relationships with landlord partners, acting as a trusted point of contact during launch, opening and early growth.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operational performance, helping local teams maintain high standards across service, hospitality, community and member experience.
- Monitor member feedback, performance data and operational issues, using insights to improve the workspace experience and resolve challenges quickly.
- Support local community‑building, events and market activity to strengthen engagement, partnerships and brand presence in each market.
Lead teams and improve performance
- Lead, coach and support local community and sales teams, helping them stay focused, motivated and accountable.
- Create a positive, professional and commercially minded team culture that reflects the infinitSpace values.
- Work with Finance to monitor budgets, costs, invoices, P&Ls and key performance metrics across your locations.
- Prepare clear updates on performance, risks, opportunities, issues, improvements and targets for internal and external stakeholders.
What we are looking for
- Experience in flexible workspace, coworking, hospitality, real estate operations, serviced offices or another multi‑site environment.
- Experience opening new buildings, launching new locations or supporting expansion into new markets.
- A strong understanding of what makes a successful flexible workspace, from occupancy and sales through to member experience, operations and community.
- Commercially minded, with experience driving revenue, occupancy, margin or overall location performance.
- Confident working with landlords, real estate partners, operators and internal teams to move projects forward.
- Hands‑on operational experience, with the ability to set up processes, maintain standards and support local teams.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English. Dutch, German or another European language would be a strong advantage.
Working location
London or Amsterdam base
Onsite / international, depending on launch location and business needs.
