Role Summary

Multi Trader (Temp to Perm) located in Tottenham, London. Pay £21.40 per hour with CIS, van and fuel card provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out disrepair and larger scale jobs in social housing properties – kitchens, bathrooms, full redecoration, etc.
• Work in both void and occupied properties.
• Provide good customer service – meet and greet tenants.
• Use a PDA for work orders.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has experience as a maintenance operative, multi‑skilled operative, multi‑trade operative, multi‑trader, carpenter, joiner, UPVC specialist, plumber, plasterer, or handyman with a background in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or MOD (Ministry of Defence).
