- Role: Senior D365 Project Manager – Finance – F&SCM
- Locations: Offices include Glasgow, Aberdeen, Manchester, and London. The role can be based in any of the above locations.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid office working ensuring flexibility – Aberdeen, Glasgow, Manchester, London & Surrounding and Belfast
Your Role
As a Senior Project Manager – D365 F&SCM, you’ll be at the forefront of our AI Business Solutions pillar, leveraging your deep knowledge and expertise in delivering high‑profile ERP D365 projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders
- Deliver assigned projects in line with established KPIs
- Understand and articulate the scope of each project to which you are assigned
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costsCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of projects
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress using established tools and processes e.g., DevOps
- Time estimating – ensure the estimated date of completion is accurate
- Cost estimating – ensure the estimated cost to complete is accurate
- Management of project budgets
- Managing Risks and Issues (RAID logs per project)
- Monitoring progress and reporting on it via agreed channels and to established timelines
- Participate in pre‑sales engagements to develop high‑quality sales proposals
- Proactively deliver solutions to problems, as opposed to simply highlighting them.
Qualifications
- Seasoned experience in a similar role, working on delivery of D365 F&SCM Finance Projects
- Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Managing budgets of 1M +
- Strong working knowledge of PMP / PRINCE II – certification desirable
- Experience delivering projects with Waterfall / Agile Methodologies
