Principal AI Software Product Manager

As a Principal Product Manager, AI-Driven Support you’ll help drive strategy and execute the roadmap for AI‑driven support, which will become a critical component of our WEX™ platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in minimizing digital friction faced by employees, helping workforces get back to peak productivity.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategy for AI‑driven support, aligning with the broader goals of the WEX™ platform.
• Utilize AI‑driven insights and customer feedback to innovate and improve the offering.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, and data analytics to build and refine features.
• Interact with IT teams and end users (employees) to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure the offering’s features are effectively addressing those needs.
• Apply agile methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle, adapting quickly to new trends and user feedback.
• Measure the impact of the offering, using data to inform continuous improvement.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience, ideally at a software company.
• 5+ years of experience in software product management.

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience launching a v1 product for a software company, ideally a B2B SaaS product.
• Ability to proactively imagine GenAI solutions and opportunities.
• Background in creating and managing a software product roadmap.
• Ability to analyze data and insights to make informed decisions about product development and enhancements.
• Capacity to think strategically about the big picture while also focusing on the tactical details of the module.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Passion for understanding and meeting the needs of users, particularly IT Directors, to enhance their experience and productivity.
• Able to navigate through ambiguity and act decisively to realize team goals.
