BCP Council is seeking a Corporate Director for Children’s Services to provide energetic, values‑led leadership across education, SEND, children’s social care and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the vision, direction and performance of the entire organisation and support delivery of the Council’s overall strategy.
• Strengthen financial management and continue improvement in SEND services.
• Respond to rising demand for children’s services and lead the next phase of the organisational journey.
• Foster collaboration, partnership working and organisational influence across the council and external partners.
