Role Description

Our apprentices make meaningful contributions to our company while learning across the industry.

In this role you will gain hands‑on experience in project‑management and an introduction to marketing, strategic partnerships, digital systems, events, customer service, arts, and culture.

Eligibility Criteria

• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 – 9 in any subject (including Maths & English)>
• Three A‑levels (Grade A*–C) or equivalent
• Learners must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject
• Possess the right to work in the UK
• Have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years

Required Skills

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong overall computer skills, proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, including excellent writing skills, and ability to build rapport with colleagues across the business.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to arts, history and culture.
• Multitasking and problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
