Overview

A boutique executive search business is looking for a Principal. They are search specialists who work across High Tech, Industrial, Life Sciences, Energy and Private Equity sectors with clients ranging from large global corporates through to VC/PE backed organisations. The ideal hire will be comfortable working on international assignments and have an appetite for business development in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Run an executive search end to end to sit within either the Technology or Industrials practice.
• Lead the majority of a project, supporting the partner in the assessment and qualification of candidates.
• Manage the candidate through the interview process.
• Work in a London-based role with the opportunity to work remotely, even post-COVID.

Qualifications

• Strong executive search experience.
• Previous exposure to Technology or Industrial areas.
• Comfortable working on international assignments.
• Interest or potential for business development in the near future.
