Interim FP&A Manager

UK Head of Interim Services at Global Accounting Network

Global Accounting Network is partnering exclusively with an international entertainment client who is looking for an interim FP&A Manager to join them for an initial 6‑month contract. As the FP&A Manager, this role will report into the Head of FP&A and will be responsible for clear reporting, analysis and communication of the performance of investments.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the annual initiatives budgeting cycle & reforecasting process
• Own and enhance the annual long‑range plan (LRP) initiatives process
• Enhance the capex and initiative reporting processes, ensuring integration into core reporting, planning and budgeting processes
• Prepare presentations for key external & internal stakeholders
• Provide insight into the performance of investments
• Review and challenge business cases for initiatives and investments, driving decisions and prioritisation through data
• Drive processes improvements both for efficiency and agility
• Additional ad‑hoc internal & external presentations and analyses as required

Ideal Candidate

• Fully Qualified Accountant
• MUST have experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis
• Multi‑site, international business experience would be beneficial
• Can effectively work within a group matrix structure
• Proven experience in change management and implementation
