Tenant Liaison Officer

Job Summary

Skilled Careers is recruiting for a Tenancy / Resident Liaison Officer on a temporary ongoing basis based in the Cambridge area. The role covers the South and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between tenants, residents, and contractors for refurbishment works on Social Housing properties.
• Ensure effective communication between all parties.
• Manage work schedules and update tenants to minimise disruption and complaints.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Confident communicator able to build rapport quickly with residents.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ready to start immediately.

Contract Details

This is a lengthy temporary contract with a competitive rate of pay and the option to become permanent for the right individual. Driving and vehicle access are required.
