We’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join a thriving manufacturing team in New Milton, Hampshire. This role is ideal for those skilled in CNC turning, machining, and interpreting complex drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with modern CNC machine tools, both electrical and mechanical systems
• Program and operate Fanuc OI‑TC and I‑series controls
• Cut a range of materials including aluminium and stainless steel
• Apply manual machining skills where needed
• Interpret drawings and tolerances accurately, adapting to special machining requirements
• Use precision measuring equipment for quality assurance
• Complete paperwork within ISO 9001 & AS 9100 standards
• Stay flexible and self‑motivated to meet evolving business needs

What we’re looking for

• Proven CNC Programmer experience, ideally with a CNC turner or machinist background
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge of CNC machines
• Experience with Fanuc controls
• Able to work with a variety of materials and processes
• High attention to detail and quality‑focused mindset
• Self‑motivated with a drive for continual improvement
