Founding AI Engineer — Own Architecture & Equity Path

Translabour is seeking a hands-on AI engineer to design and manage production AI systems. The role begins part-time with a 1–1.5 month trial, evolving into a full-time position based on performance and funding milestones. The ideal candidate will possess strong backend engineering skills and experience with OpenAI API.

This founding technical role allows significant ownership of architecture and direct access to company leadership. Candidates should be available for 25–30 hours weekly during the trial.
