Requirements
The ideal candidate will be ACA or CFA qualified with 2+ years of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) experience within an M&A environment—either in industry or consulting. Applicants must have hands‑on FDD or Transaction Services experience, including exposure to deal fundamentals and involvement in both buy‑side and sell‑side engagements across the transaction cycle.
