Job Description

• Creating CNC Routing / Turning / Milling programs to support fast turnaround AOG and concession orders on a daily basis.
• Offline programming of CNC machines using ALPHA CAM or equivalent CADCAM software.
• Supporting day-to-day engineering requirements across manufacturing operations.
• Working closely with Group & Site Engineers and Programmers to support production and development activities.
• Understanding, troubleshooting and improving NC programs to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities across machining and programming activities.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Extensive CNC / NC / CADCAM / offline programming experience.
• Proven programming experience across CNC Routing, Turning and Milling.
• Ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred, although other precision engineering backgrounds will be considered.
• Proven ALPHA CAM experience or equivalent CADCAM software background.
