• ✔️ Learn how to translate business needs into IT solutions
• ✔️ Support Agile/Scrum planning sessions
• ✔️ Gain exposure to ERP/CRM systems
• ✔️ Participate in stakeholder meetings
• ✔️ Help identify risks and opportunities
• ✔️ Learn to use business analysis tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• ✔️ Assist in quality assurance and testing phases
• ✔️ Contribute to project documentation and presentations
• ✔️ Work under the guidance of senior business analysts
