Overview
WeareseekinganexperiencedIFSCloudSubjectMatterExpert/ApplicationLeadtotakeownershipoftheorganisation’sIFSplatform,drivingitsevolution,optimisation,andalignmentwithbusinessstrategy.Thisrolewillactasthekeylinkbetweenbusinessstakeholdersandtechnicaldeliveryteams,ensuringtheplatformdeliversscalable,high-valueoutcomes.
YouwillcombinedeepIFSknowledgewithstrongdeliveryleadership,owningtheroadmap,shapingplatformcapabilities,andensuringsuccessfulend-to-enddeliveryofenhancementsandimprovements.
KeyResponsibilities
- OwnanddrivetheIFSCloudplatformroadmap,aligningwithbusinessprioritiesandlong-termstrategy
- ActastheprimarySMEandescalationpointforallIFS-relatedcapabilitiesandenhancements
- Leadengagementwithbusinessstakeholderstogatherrequirements,definepriorities,andensurealignmentacrossfunctions
- Translatebusinessneedsintoclearuserstories,functionaldesigns,andbacklogpriorities
- Overseeend-to-enddelivery,ensuringsolutionsareimplementedeffectivelyanddelivermeasurablevalue
- Manageandprioritisetheproductbacklog,balancingbusinessdemandwithtechnicalfeasibilityandcapacity
- Partnercloselywithtechnicalteamstoensureoptimalsolutiondesignandplatformscalability
- Drivecontinuousimprovement,identifyingopportunitiestoenhancesystemperformance,usability,andadoption
- Supportreleaseplanning,deployment,andbusinessreadiness,includingtrainingandchangecoordination
- Monitorplatformperformance,adoption,andKPIstoinformongoingenhancements
- Ensurecompliancewithsecurity,datagovernance,andenterprisestandards
- LeadAgileceremoniesandpromotebestpracticesacrossdeliveryteams
