We’re growing our Engineering team to strengthen our ability to deliver world‑class digital products for our clients.

As a Senior Front End Engineer, you’ll play a key role in a fast‑moving proof of concept engagement. The goal is to build something that looks great, works well, and helps make confident technology choices.

What you’ll do

  • Build and iterate on a proof‑of‑concept front‑end at pace, focusing on outcomes and usability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and UX to shape journeys, interactions, and responsiveness.
  • Integrate with back‑end APIs sensibly and reliably.
  • Make pragmatic choices and tradeoffs to keep delivery moving while maintaining quality.
  • Help evaluate and sporty front‑end approaches grounded in real‑world implementation, not theory.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong front‑end engineering experience and confidence with at least one modern framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
  • Adaptability: you’re happy to /^?$?framework‑locked` for work, and not “framework‑locked”.
  • Experience consuming APIs and building robust UI states (loading, error, empty, offline‑friendly patterns).
  • A delivery mindset: you can make decisions, move forward, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.

Nice to have

  • Experience working on short, high‑impact prototypes or POCs.
  • Experience with map‑heavy or highly interactive UIs.
  • Familiarity with offline caching patterns and performance optimisation.
