Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Grid Dynamics is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with hands‑on experience with DS and ML algorithms. We’re looking for someone with experience in RnD as this person will be a part of our RnD department which is responsible for DS/ML projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design effective solutions
• Utilize your skills in Python/Scala to develop and deploy machine learning models in a production environment
• Work with cloud providers such as AWS/GCP for machine learning, analytics, and data manipulation
• Work on the development and optimization of a recommendation systems

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in ML, DS, and model development and deployment
• Proficient in programming language such as Python or Scala
• Strong leadership skills with a successfully history of leading teams. Ability to guide and mentor team members to achieve high-quality results.
• Experience in working on projects from scratch, building an approach, the architecture, requirements gathering, deep research
• Ability to communicate the work clearly to colleagues and to guide engineers to the right ML solutions to solve problems
