Senior BI Developer – Remote – Microsoft Fabric – Infor M3 – Power BI – Up to £70,000

Responsibilities

  • Leading BI development centred around Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse architecture
  • Designing and developing enterprise-level ETL/ELT pipelines across Fabric and Data Lakes
  • Working directly with Infor M3 data structures and translating ERP data into scalable BI models
  • Building robust Power BI datasets, reports, and semantic models
  • Delivering complex data transformations using Python and PySpark
  • Writing advanced T-SQL queries and performance-optimised stored procedures
  • Acting as a senior escalation point for BI developers and coordinating workload distribution
  • Ensuring governance, best practice, and testing standards across BI delivery
  • Collaborating with global teams on Fabric modernisation, ERP reporting, and international BI initiatives

Key Experience Required

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, Notebooks, orchestration)
  • Hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP data
  • Advanced Power BI skills across modelling, DAX, optimisation, and dataset design
  • Strong SQL capabilities (T-SQL, performance tuning, stored procedures)
  • Experience with Python and/or PySpark for data transformation
  • Background coordinating or leading BI developers
  • Experience delivering BI in enterprise, multi-region environments
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to take ownership
