We’re looking for Aymara language specialists who understand regional dialects, phonetics, syntax, idiomatic expressions, oral traditions, and cultural references. You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like contextual interpretation, tone and meaning, dialectical distinctions, semantic accuracy, and cultural nuance—documenting failures to improve model reasoning.
On a typical day, you will converse with the model in Aymara across a wide range of topics, verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
We offer a pay range of $8-to-$65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
