Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions across key areas such as asset management, portfolio management, operations, and risk.
- Bridge the gap between business goals and platform capabilities, ensuring every solution delivers measurable value while providing technical governance and oversight across complex ServiceNow programs.
- Develop technical specifications, architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and solution roadmaps for complex enterprise environments.
- Architect data structures that power reporting, analytics, and decision-making, ensuring seamless integration across the platform for a unified experience.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting.
- Proven experience operating in a ServiceNow Architect capacity.
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in more than one of the modules mentioned above (preferred).
