Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP BASIS
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0
- Strong skills in SAP system monitoring and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and prioritise support needs
- Prior experience in ticket-based or support roles
Role Responsibilities
- Respond to support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues as they arise
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to address critical incidents
- Document fixes and provide recommendations for recurring problems
- Monitor overall system health and apply patches or fixes as required
