MDM Migration Engineer (MDM+ Decommission Project)

We’re looking for an experienced MDM Migration Specialist to lead the removal of Mobile Device Manager Plus (MDM+) and migrate all enrolled devices into Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager. This is a hands‑on technical role requiring strong expertise in MDM platforms, Intune deployment, and device compliance management.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience uninstalling and decommissioning ManageEngine MDM+.
• Expert in Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager – configuration profiles, compliance policies, app deployment, and device enrollment.
• Integration knowledge: Azure AD, Conditional Access, Autopilot.
• Understanding of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Android Enterprise.
• Strong PowerShell scripting for bulk actions and automation.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit and prepare devices currently managed under MDM+.
• Plan and execute safe removal of MDM+ agents.
• Configure Intune policies and enroll devices into Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Validate compliance, test deployment, and report progress.
• Support IT operations during the migration process.

Ideal Background

• 3+ years in endpoint or device management roles.
• Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-101, or equivalent).
• Previous migration projects from third‑party MDMs to Intune.
