RICS Residential Surveyors – Birmingham & Luton

Due to continued growth and a major project pipeline, we’re looking to appoint experienced Residential Surveyors in Birmingham and Luton.

This is not a role for someone looking to be heavily coached or trained up — we need confident, commercially minded surveyors who can hit the ground running and deliver high-quality work from day one.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking predominantly L2 & L3 residential surveys
• Working across an active project pipeline
• Managing workload efficiently and professionally
• Delivering excellent client service and technical reporting

Qualifications

• Ideally 1–2+ years PQE
• Strong residential surveying experience
• Self-sufficient, proactive and driven
• VRS qualification beneficial but not essential

Package

• Permanent or contract arrangements will be considered for the right candidate
