Strategic Asset Manager: M&E & Building Portfolio

Integral UK LTD is seeking a Strategic Asset Manager for the UKAEA contract in Abingdon. The role involves managing the lifecycle of Mechanical & Electrical systems and building fabric assets, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, a strong understanding of asset management, and excellent communication skills. This site-based position includes some remote working flexibility.
