The Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and patient-focusedMicrosuction / Ear Wax Removal Specialistto join their growing clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform ear wax removal using microsuction and/or irrigation techniques.
  • Conduct otoscopy and thorough patient assessments.
  • Identify contraindications and refer where appropriate.
  • Provide clear aftercare advice and patient education.
  • Provide aftercares and follow ups.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
  • Ensure adherence to infection control and clinical standards
  • Deliver a high standard of patient care in line with the clinic’s ethos
  • Support the wider audiology team where required

Requirements

  • Qualified in microsuction and/or ear irrigation
  • Experience in a clinical or audiology setting
  • Competent in otoscopy and recognising ear conditions
  • Strong understanding of patient safety and clinical governance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently within a clinic environment
