Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis expertise to a technology transformation programme and to the implementation of a new Target Operating Model for a global technology operation.
• Work with key stakeholders and users to elicit, analyse and document requirements, process flows and user stories for the programme.
• Collaborate on large-scale technology transformation programmes, including Target Operating Model development and implementation.
• Engage with global teams to manage stakeholders and deliver high-quality programme documentation.

Qualifications and experience

• Experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale technology transformation programmes.
• Strong user engagement skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality programme documentation.

Contract and benefits

Two year fixed term contract, flexible hybrid working, 15% bonus, and excellent benefits.
