PMO Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-driven PMO Analyst to step into a fast-moving programme environment and take ownership of governance and reporting across the portfolio. If you’re confident managing RAID logs, producing board-ready reporting, and keeping programme controls tight – this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning and maintaining RAID logs
• Tracking, challenging and escalating risks & issues
• Coordinating governance cycles across workstreams
• Producing high-quality, insight-led board packs
• Ensuring reporting accuracy, consistency and control

You’ll work closely with PMs and senior stakeholders to ensure the programme runs with clarity, control and confidence.

What We Need

• Proven PMO experience in structured governance environments
• Strong RAID management capability
• Board-level reporting experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident stakeholder coordination skills
