Finance Business Analyst/Manager – (BAThatch.1)

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract, based in our Thatcham depot.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Partner with the Thatcham depot to provide financial support and drive cost transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls to safeguard assets and minimise financial risk.
• Lead weekly forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and accountability.
• Conduct weekly and monthly financial reviews, providing insightful commentary to operational teams.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, oversee depot balance sheet ownership, and support annual budgeting and reforecasting processes.
