We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant or a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established Permanent Recruitment Division.
You will be working in highly demanding sectors with great client and candidate relationships and active jobs already in place, creating excellent earning potential.
As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will be supplying recruitment services to social care and social work settings across the North of England.
The desk is warm with contracts already in place for you to build upon.
Location: Liverpool (L2)
Contract: Permanent
4‑day working week: You will work 4 days and be paid for 5 (you will get either a Wednesday or Thursday off every week), 34‑hour week.
Salary: £26,500 – £38,000 depending on experience (basic salary).
Year 1 OTE: £33K – £45k | Year 2 OTE: £45k – £55k | Year 3 OTE: >£60k.

About You
You must be someone with a proven track record within agency recruitment, hungry and ambitious to grow your career. We offer an uncapped commission scheme and an annual bonus, and we expect you to be driven, resilient, hardworking and ambitious.
Person Required
- Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant
- Desire to earn more than a basic salary

Duties and Requirements
- Identifying and engaging with new and existing clients from within the Social Work & Social Care sector
- Visiting these settings to understand their requirements and explain how we can support them
- Attracting professionals who match the job requirements and ethos
- Advertising on job boards, social media and our website
- Proactively sourcing candidates from referrals, our database and social media
- Interviewing Support Workers, Social Workers and other care professionals
