We have been assigned by an NHS Trust in the West Midlands to recruit to their Specialty Doctor in Emergency Medicine vacancy on a permanent basis.

They have a world-leading reputation, with two of the highest clinical ratings in the country, and were awarded the status of a generic Biomedical Research Centre by the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) in 2006.
Responsibilities
- Provide full shift 24-hour cover for the Emergency Department, 7 days a week, supported and supervised by ED consultants.
- Participate in regular weekly teaching sessions, including mortality and morbidity meetings, and quality improvement projects.
- Provide safe and effective care to undifferentiated emergency patients, and take part in activities for improving quality, such as clinical audit and governance.
