Job Description:
Support and develop ENT services in alignment with the Trust’s strategic priorities, working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high‑quality care.
- Deliver routine and emergency ENT services as part of the consultant team, including participation in the out‑of‑hours rota and providing cover during colleagues’ annual, study, and professional leave.
- Provide elective and subspecialty ENT care, contributing to the general service while delivering specialist surgical expertise in line with Trust needs.
- Contribute to education and training, supporting the development of junior doctors, medical students, nurses, paramedics, GPs and other NHS professionals.
