What does the role involve?
Recruitment is fast-paced, people-focused and commercial.
You’ll spend your time building relationships, learning specialist markets, speaking to professionals daily, and helping businesses hire the people they need to deliver major projects.
You’ll learn:

- How to negotiate and influence
- How to develop business and spot opportunities
- How to become a specialist in a niche, growing industry
No recruitment experience needed.
